The founders of Pilot Hill Advisors serve as independent directors for several ESOP owned companies. These directorships are with client and non-client companies that are creating independent boards for the first time. We assist in developing govenance systems that are consisent with their culture while adhereing to sound director practices. This is a process that can take time, As directors, each contribute to their respective compensation and nominating committees, and assist in developing internal ESOP procedures and leadership transition strategies for the long-term success of the companies.
