Pilot Hill Advisors will be co-hosting a panel discussion on ESOP basics, entitled “ESOP 101” at this year’s NCEO Annual Conference.
This program is designed for those new to ESOPs and will discus basic ESOP transactions including leveraged and non-leveraged ESOPs. The program will talk about governance in ESOP companies as well as some basic ESOP rules including how shares are allocated to employee accounts, vesting and distributions. The panelists will also talk about requirements for valuations in ESOP transactions as well as what’s needed annually.
It wouldn’t be an ESOP discussion if we didn’t also address the various tax advantages for the companies sponsoring, the sellers and employees.
Join Bob Massengill, Mary Beth Gray and Chuck Coyne to learn about ESOP and the myths and reality of Employee Stock Ownership Plans.
We look forward to seeing you and answering your questions!
