75 Year Old Erickson's Becomes ESOP Owned

Erickson's Flooring & Supply Co. Inc. is pleased to announce it has sold 100% of its stock to the Erickson's Employee Stock Ownership Plan and is now an employee-owned company. For the Walters family, and for all the Erickson's families, we wanted to find a way to build on the last 78 years serving the Great Lakes area flooring trade. This will provide continuity and build greater value for our customers, employees, and suppliers.

There are no changes to management, employees, or company operations. The ESOP gives our employee owners an equity interest which provides a long-term incentive to provide our customers exceptional value. Our customers should know that they are buying from local owners like themselves. Now we can proudly say, "We care more because we own the place."
