RMG Engineers Becomes 100% ESOP-Owned
Summit, NJ: The principals of Pilot Hill Advisors through its broker/dealer, Corporate Finance Securities, are pleased to announce that GeoStruct Engineers, Inc. has recently become 100% owned by its Emplyee Stock Ownership Plan.
GeoStruct Engineers, which does business as the RMG Group, provides design and engineering services in the residential, commercial building, and development areas. The company offers structural investigations, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, land planning, and civil engineering services, as well as architectural design for new house architecture plans layout. Its project portfolio include single family residential, multifamily residential, school and church, government and office, and parking garage projects, as well as retail, resort, and restaurant projects. The company serves home builders, developers, designers/architects, contractors, and government clients.
